Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)

SEM provides topographical and elemental information at high magnifications 10x to 100,000x and it is an essential tool for Nano-sciences which allows collecting morphological information on various materials at nano-scale.

Leo 1432 VP compact high resolution SEM allows resolution up to 3.5 nm.

It measures volume changes caused by a physical or chemical process.

The particle size analyzer provides measurements organic and inorganic materials of particles sizes between 0.3 – 300 microns.

Applications includes particle charactarization of powders and granules as well as suspensions and emulsions.
