What is BPCS?
The Better Process Control Schools (BPCS) is a training programme required by Food and drug Administration (FDA) for processors of low-acid and acidified low-acid canned foods to meat US regulatory requirements. That certify the supervisors engaged in thermal processing systems, acidification, and container closure evaluation of low-acid and acidified canned foods.
Who can participate?
Supervisors, executives, officers involved in production, quality control, R&D and export businesses of canning industry.
Registration Fee: LKR 150,000.00+ VAT
